Phoenix Expungement Attorney
Over 25 Years of Criminal Defense Skill
Arizona law recently changed to allow individuals previously convicted of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia related to marijuana to have their convictions expunged. If an expungement is granted, all civil rights (include the right to possess firearms) are automatically reinstated.
Like when people flooded dispensaries on the first day that recreational marijuana use became legal in Arizona, we anticipate that the courts will be flooded with requests to expunge convictions. We are assisting clients in filing expungement requests for convictions related to possession of marijuana to take advantage of the change in Arizona law. Although the requests cannot be formally filed until this summer, we are assisting clients now so that they can be among the first to have their possession of marijuana convictions expunged.
